		<description>Right, not clear here either how it was harmful. Sure does sound a lot like fair use. Not like anyone&#039;s going to rip the audio and listen to that rather than the original recording, and the purpose of the video was to inform about the street performers, not to convey the song.</description>

These copyright claims are getting out of hand. Perhaps I haven&#039;t thought this through, but I can&#039;t think of how that video was damaging to Van Morrison or the record label in any way. If anything you would think it would generate interest in the music.</description>
